Job Title: Executive Interviewer - Market Research Call Center

Location: Bloomington, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Potential shift to 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Start Date: Monday, November 10th

Job Overview:

Join a leading market research organization as an Executive Interviewer in a fast-paced call center environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, data entry proficiency, and a passion for customer interaction, participant recruitment, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telephone interviews to collect and document data
• Recruit and screen participants for market research studies
• Perform targeted online searches and database research to identify qualified participants
• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics including call volume and recruitment goals
• Maintain a professional and assertive communication style with all levels of business contacts
• Ensure data accuracy, validity, and adherence to project timelines
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, label creation, and report updates during slower recruiting periods

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in telemarketing, survey interviewing, or call center operations
• Strong time management, follow-through, and objection-handling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to type 45+ WPM while tracking data in real time
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor

Training Requirements:

• Must arrive on time for training (late arrivals over 10 minutes will not be admitted)
• No absences allowed during the first two weeks of training
